- Description
- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Elevator Maintenance and Repair. The contract award will include a base period of 12 months and 4 one-year option periods. Period of Performance will begin on October 1, 2002. Contractor shall provide full service maintenance and repair of passenger and freight elevators locate at the integrated facilities in Marlin, Temple, and Waco, Texas. Maintenance shall consist of, but not limited to; preventive maintenance, callback service, inspections, and support during semi-annual and annual inspections, of all elevators, and dumbwaiters. Following the guidelines outlined in FAR Part 12 , it is anticipated that a solicitation shall be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for acquisition of a commercial service. The applicable NAISC code is 811310 and procurement shall be non-restrictive. The anticipated issued date of the written RFQ is o/a 6/21/02, and the bid due date is 7/09/02, 3:00 pm C.S.T. Only written requests for the solicitation package, submitted on company letterhead, will be accepted and may be faxed to 254-771-4503. Note: This requirement is Subject to the Availability of Funding.
