- Description: VISN 21 has a requirement for janitorial services at VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto Division, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA, Menlo Park Division at 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA and Livermore Division at 4951 Arroyo Road, Livermore, CA. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment supplies and on-site supervision. Janitorial services also includes kitchen cleaning. In addition, Contractor must have an office within 100 miles of VA Palo Alto Health Care System. This is an 8a set-aside. Contract period is from August 1, 2002 through July 31, 2003 with four one (1) year options. This is subject to the availability of funds. NAICS code is 561720 and size standards $12.M applies.
