Description

BUILDING 1- WEAPONS LOADING/MAINTENANCE FACILITY The building shall be of split ?faced block walls and a 6 ft overhang. The (50? x 100?) 5,000 sq ft facility must include: 400 sq ft computer room, 100 sq ft area for generator/air compressor, 1,000 sq ft maintenance bay, 600 sq ft academics classroom, 500 sq ft support bay, (2) 180 sq ft expediter offices, (4) 150 sq ft offices, 440 sq ft men?s shower/locker room, 330 sq ft women?s shower/locker room (includes a 64 sq ft communications drop closet), 150 sq ft cleaning vat room, and a 50 sq ft janitor closet. All utilities, communication, heating/air conditioning, PA/intercom considerations and mechanical room will be included within 5?x 0? of the building line. The entire building shall have 2? x 2? ?Tegular Edge? lay in acoustical tile ceiling system. The latrines/showers shall have a solid surface finish. The building shall include: HVAC, Electrical, Communications and Wet Pipe Sprinkler System. There will be no Landscaping or Parking Areas for this facility. BUILDING 2-AME/ACADEMICS FACILITY The building shall be of split ?faced block walls and a 6 ft overhang. The (50? x 100?) 5,000 sq ft facility must include: 240 sq ft OG Weapons Manager?s Office, 210 sq ft Weapons Superintendent office, (4) 180 sq ft offices, 160 sq ft Academic Instructor office, (2) 150 sq ft offices, 420 sq ft ready room, 525 sq ft conference room, 600 sq ft AME bay, 150 sq ft women?s latrine, 300 sq ft men?s latrine (includes 50 sq ft for janitors closet), and 64 sq ft communications drop closet. AME bay must have 250 vac/30A, 28 vdc electrical power and 120 psi compressed air piped from adjoining Weapons Loading/Maintenance facility. All utilities, communication, heating/air conditioning, PA/intercom considerations and mechanical room will be included within 5? x 0? of the building line. The entire building shall have 2? x 2? ?Tegular Edge? lay in acoustical tile ceiling system. The latrines shall have a solid surface finish. The building shall include: HVAC, Electrical, Communications and Wet Pipe Sprinkler System. There will be no Landscaping or Parking Areas for this facility. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. Each building will be subject to statutory limitations of $750,000.
