SOL F34601-02-R-55026 DUE 073002 OC-ALC/PKXDA TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015, For additional information contact Marilyn Hayden/LPDAB/[405]734-8098 Item 0001 Engineering services in support of of the T56 engine Component Improvement Program (CIP) to: resolve service-related deficiencies; ensure engine specification is maintained; extend engine periodic inspection interval; and maintenance practices (including reliability centered maintenance), and in the development of repair procedures. Item 0002 Data, 1 lot. Standard Classification (SIC) 8711, size standard 4 mil. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: INCREMENTAL - LAST DELIVERY 31 Dec 2014 The approximate issue/response date will be 30 Jun 02. The anticipated award date will be 15 Nov 02. To: ROLLS ROYCE CORPORATION, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 462415. Engineering and support services are required for CYs 2003 ? 2014. The award will include options. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Award will be made to Rolls Royce in accordance with Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
