Description

NA A complex of buildings for the 280th CCS covering 5,165 SM. Communications and Electronics Building contain 2,256 SM (24,279 SF) includes offices, training facilities and shop areas. Vehicle Maint/Power Prod Shops covers 1,339 SM (14,411 SF) includes rep air bays, vehicle wash bay, storage areas and offices. Unit Storage Building is a warehouse facility that encloses 1,339 SM (14,410 SF). Vehicle Shed is an open roof structure that covers 232 SM (2,500 SF). The new site covers 21.1 acres. The work inclu des all related site work and utilities, offsite utility connections, road improvements and landscaping. Estimated cost of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. A non-refundable charge, unknown at this time, will be required for each set of plans and specifications. Bid documents will be available from the USPFO For Alabama, Attn: AL-US-P, P.O. Box 3715, Montgomery, AL 36109-0715. This project is 100% unrestricted. IFB Number DAHA01 02 B 0001 will be issued with an anticipated issu e date of July 22, 2002.
