Description

NA As authorized by Title 10 USC 2473, as amended by P.L. 105-261, the Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 limits procurement to firms comprising the small arms production industrial base. This acquisition will be restricted to three vendors: Colt ?s Manufacturing, Co., Inc., FN Manufacturing, Inc. and General Dynamics Armament System. The item to procure is a Receiver, Cartridge, 1005-01-248-5858, Part Number 12576280 on a 3-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The guarant eed minimum requirement is 600 each. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 8 Jul 02. ISO 9001:9002 is required. The specified technical data package (TDP) contains information proprietary to Colt?s Manufacturing Company. A non-disclosure agreement mu st be requested prior to receiving the TDP for this item. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY02 requirement. Note 26 applies.
