- NA The proposed action is for the purification of 25,000 gallons of Texaco Regal R&O 68 oil to include the reinstallation of the original oil additive package, to be delivered at Richard B. Russell Project Office, Elberton, Georgia, of which the Government in tends to solicit only one source, Equilon Enterprises, LLC, a regional distributor for Texaco and the only authorized vendor for the additives. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered. See Note 22.
