- NA The Military District of Washington Acquisition Center is seeking sources to perform the water and sewer upgrades in the EP-4 Compound Phase II at the U.S. Army Garrison, Fort A.P. Hill, Bowling Green, Virginia. The contractor is to provide all labor, equ ipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all operations to complete the work of water supply system upgrade and sanitary sewer system upgrade in the EP-4 Compound. Contractor to replace old water and sewer lines in the EP-4 Compound and ins tall all of the new water and sewer lines, fire hydrants, connections and all other improvements. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price with a six month period of performance. Estimated dollar value is in the range of $100 Thousand to $250 Thousand. The Sta ndard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code has been replaced by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code. The NAICS Code for this project is 234910, which is matched to SIC Code 1623. Project is open to Small Business Only (100% Sma ll Business Set-Aside). To be considered small business, annual average gross revenue the last 3 fiscal years does not exceed $28.5 Million.
