- NA Solicitation Number DABT63-02-R-0013. NAICS 221310. See Note 1. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business. Fort Huachuca, Arizona has a 3 million gallon reservoir that is leaking and needs to be inspected and repaired. The first phase of this requirement is for the performance of a wet inspection to determine what actions need to be taken to stop all leaks that the reservoir has and furnish the Government with a report that documents the findings of the inspection. The second phase will consist of the wet repair of all leaks, sandblasting and painting the exterior walls, providing and installing an OSHA approved ladder, the installation of a new dome seal, and the cleaning of the reservoir.
