- Description
- Contractor shall provide employee counseling services and an employee assistance program for approximately 2833 Southeast Region locations employees. This program will provide employees and supervisors with counseling and guidance to solve a myriad of problems that may adversely affect an employee's job performance and impact on his/her personal life. The contract will cover a period of five years. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The technical proposal will be evaluated on technical evaluation criteria which will be contained in the solicitation. To receive the proposal package you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about June 28, 2002. No hard copies will be issued. This procurement is a total set aside for small business concerns.
