Description: TIME CHARTER OF A U.S. FLAG VESSEL TO SUPPORT US NAVY SENSOR DEVELOPMENT; LAUNCHING, TOWING AND RECOVERY OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL MEASUREMENT TOWED CHAIN, TERMINATED AT THE BOTTOM BY A DEAD WEIGHT DEPRESSOR CONTAINING THE SENSOR OF INTEREST AS SPECIFIED IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP).
