- Description
- NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole source contract modification to SierraTech, Inc., Sierra Research Division of 485 Cayuga Road, Buffalo, NY 14225-0222 to replace the FODMS turn screws with captive screws. The contract is firm fixed-price (FFP) type contract. Sierra Research is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise and background to perform the required engineering and technical services in a cost-effective manner while minimizing the impact to the AN/USQ-82(V) deliveries to the Navy's shipbuilding schedule. The modification will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. code 2304( c ) (1). This synopsis is for informational purposes only and for the benefit of potential subcontractors and is not a request for competitive proposals. Accordingly, solicitation documents are not available. The government intends to solicit and negotiate onl y with the source identified herein. See Numbered Note(s): 22!!
