- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport intends to solicit for multiple Photo-Copy Masters (PCMs) to be created based upon the reverse engineering of F-14 Tomcat wing structural assemblies, which will be provided as Government Furnished Property. Development and production of the associated tooling required to manufacture 2 First Articles and 20 production units will also be based in part on these PCMs. In addition, the successful offeror will incorporate the production units and Government furnished property into a completed eyebrow assembly for the F-14 Tomcat. This procurement will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12. Delivery of the first articles will take place no more than twelve weeks after award. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 26, 2002 via the web site provided below. No telephone requests for the solicitati on will be accepted.
