- Modification of original synopsis: The solicitation will issue on or about June 28, 2002 and will close on or about July 31, 2002. This description is for a truck mounted van body equipped to be used as a mobile command post. These vehicles will be four wheel drive conversions, subject to service in all fifty states, on and off road, in all weather conditions. A full body-on-frame construction shall be furnished. Chassis, equipment, and accessories shall be provided as specified.
