- Description
- (i) This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) 5TC5702D306. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. (iv) This RFQ is issued under Full and Open Competition. NAICS Code 443130 applies. Size standard is 100 employees. (v) Provide a price for all CLINS. Requirement description is set forth in paragraph (vi) below. (vi) CLIN 001 - Merlin-Mid InSb IR Camera, P/N 414.0001 - Qty. 1 CLIN 002 - MWIR 13mm lens, f/2.3, SI:Ge, bayonet mount, P/N 322.0005.01 - Qty. 1 CLIN 003 - MWIR 25mm lens, f/2.3, SI:Ge, bayonet mount, P/N 322.0005.02 - Qty. 1 CLIN 004 - MWIR 50mm lens, f/2.3, SI:Ge, bayonet mount, P/N 322.0005.03 - Qty. 1 CLIN 005 - MWIR Microscope Main body, f/2.3, bayonet mount, P/N 222.0008.03 - Qty. 1 CLIN 006 - MWIR 2.5X objective, f/2.3, P/N 222.0009.06 - Qty. 1 CLIN 007 - MWIR 4X objective, f/2.3, P/N 222.0009.07 - Qty. 1 (vii) Deliver to WPAFB, OH no later than 12 Jul 02. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 shall not apply to this acquisition. Award shall be made based on lowest price. (x) Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3. (xi) FAR 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition.
