- U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is interested in leasing office space and related space in Astoria, NY, for a ten-year lease with five years firm and cancellation rights anytime after the fifth year. The space must consist of approximately 8,040 square feet of rentable space, yielding 6,216 to 6,700 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The offered space must not be on more than two contiguous floors. The delineated area is bounded as follows: on the north along 20th Avenue, beginning at 20th Avenue and 21st Street; to 37th Street; then along 19th Avenue to 46th Street; on the east by 46th Street; on the south, along 34th Avenue to 37th Street to 31st Avenue to 21st Street; and on the west by 21st Street. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
