Description

The contractor shall develop the Criterion-Reference Testing (CRT) Program for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). The CRT program is to adequately measure Native American student achievement in BIA schools in the field of Math, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies. No such tests currently exist. There are three (3) phases over a 7 ? year period. Phase I ? Development of standards and framework (approx. 1 year), Phase II ? Pilot test development, question development and field testing (approx. 1 ? year), and Phase III ? Test modification, final test development, implementation, follow-on testing, grading, reporting and test storage (approx. 5 years). The solicitation package will be available on June 26, 2002. Please submit request by fax (505-248-6941). Proposals are due on July 26, 2002 at 4:30pm (MST).
