Description

Conducts a review of building systems for the General Services Administration (GSA) owned buildings, occupied by customer agencies, and provide written reports for a period of one year with four 12 month option periods. The reports will provide general inventory requirements, an inventory condition assessment and an overall condition assessment of the GSA owned buildings. GSA is issuing solicitation GS11P01YAD0019 electronically on or about October 18, 2001. Interested parties may access the solicitation at www.eps.gov or www.FedBizOpps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. There will be no bidders'list for this procurement and no hard copies will be provided. The proposal due date is on or about November 19, 2001. This procurement is full and open. Please direct all questions to Tara Jordan 202-260-4436. All FAX documents to be sent to 202-401-0076.
