- Synopsis: This is a COMPETITIVE fixed-price spares buy for 26ea Blower Assembly, NSN 5821-01-050-7713, P/N 623-0784-001, applicable to ARC-171 RT-1270. There is a one-year option quantity for 14ea. The approximate solicitation post date is 17 May 2002. The buyer is Jason J. Dozier, WR-ALC/LYKB, 380 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
