Description
This is a modification to the above solicitation. This procurement action is an add-on to contract SP070001D9717 and will be available on the internet at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. on its issue date of 6/27/02. Hard copies of this action are not available. For questions on the content of the solicitation contact Eric Miller at 614-692-7627, FAX(614)693-1533. The original solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by C E Niehoff and Co.and other manufacturers of the same NSNs. This action is an add-on to aforementioned contract for 8 DSCC NSNs manufactured by C.E.Niehoff, in accordance with the add/delete clause in the contract. Award will be made on an "All-or-none"basis by NSN. The NSNs item descriptions,part numbers, Annual Demand Quantity and delivery schedule are available for download under the "Acquisition download menu item on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System(DIBBS) under subject heading "DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitation/Tailored Support Solicitation". Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. FSCs to be covered under the add-on project include: 2920,5998 and 5999. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s):12 and 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration(base plus opyion years)shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other avaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
