Item 0001- Hat, Service, Wmn's Navy NSN: 8410-01-305-6969(s) Item 0002- Crown, Service,Wmn's, Navy NSN: 8410-01-305-6978(s) Spec: MIL-H-15505K pattern date 23JUN95 for both items. Qty for 0001-min/max 23,616/35,424 DO 0001 10,452/6 deliveries. Qty for 0002-min/max 3,000/4,500 DO 0001 3,000/6 deliveries. Destination for both: New Cumberland, PA. This UNRESTRICTED acquisition will include a base year and 4 term options for both items. Production leadtime is 150 days for both items. Item 0001 includes GFM as follows: Wool/Serge Navy Blue Shade #3346, Type 1, Class 5, NSN 8305-00-250-5673. Item 0002 is contractor furnished material. The GOv't intends to solicit an Idefinite Delivery TYpe Contract utilizing Source Selection Procedures. Offers will be requested to submit as part of the technical proposal the following: 2 Product Demonstration Models for each ITEM (total 4), past performance, manufacturing plan, socioeconomic considerations, DLA mentoring business agreement, Javits Wagner O'Day Entity Act.
