Description

MODIFICATION TO CHANGE DESCRIPTION FROM 16 -- FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF: MOTOR, WINDSHIELD TO: 16 -- FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF: FEEL MECHANISM, RUDD. IN ADDITION THE DESCRIPTION IS REVISED AS FOLLOWS: PR No: YPG02072000481. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Feel Mechanism, Rudd; for a quantity of 9 each. NSN 1680-01-033-2878 for a C-135 and E3A Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract with 100% option. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 150 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. A Boeing "Rights Guard" protected technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form P42, certification for the use of rights guard technical data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 23 and 26.
