Description

PR No: YPG02100000837. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Tube, Structural for a quantity of 32 each. NSN 1680-01-114-7218 for a C-135 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award as a firm fixed price contract with 100% option. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 286 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. A Boeing "Rights Guard" protected technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form P42, certification for the use of rights guard technical data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 23 and 26. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
