Description

The USDA-FSA, Wisconsin State FSA Office (Contracting Office) is collecting from qualified/responsible small A&E businesses SF-254's (for all survey requirements needed by USDA Farm Service Agency in Wisconsin for next 12 month period) AND/OR SF-255 (SF-254 not required if previously submitted this calendar year) for project listed below: Within 30 days from date of award provide USDA Farm Service Agency, WI the Boundary Survey (Plat of Survey) maps and markings of the corners of the Conservation Contract Areas contained within landowner parcel. Contract area shall be area inspected in post award meeting and site visit and shall include land area agreed to by representatives of the USDA-Farm Service Agency (FSA) & Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and the landowner. In addition markers/lathe will be placed on the boundaries to allow for FSA to place steel fence posts with metal conservation contract markers. Improvements if any, are to be drawn on maps to determine if they are contained within the boundaries of the contract area. Total acres are to be calculated (The easement area is thought to contain approximately 99.5 acres). FSA WI shall approve survey prior to payment and any official filings/recording.
