Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all tools, labor, material, equipment and operations necessary to install an automated main gate and fence. Work includes removal and disposal of one double swing gate and associated terminal posts, installation o 60 linear feet of 7 foot high chain link fence with 3 strands of barbed wire on top. Complete communication, telephone entry and door access control system and complete vehicular slide gate operator system with a solid ?state board to control all functions of the slide operator. Work shall be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Station Freeport, Freeport, Texas. The performance period is thirty (30) calendar days from award date. The estimated price range is between $0 and $25,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quoter. The anticipated award date is July 17, 2002. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program Emerging Small Business Reserve. Only quotations from Emerging Small Business (ESB) shall be considered by this agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110 with a size standard of $6 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
