Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, F45613-02-Q-B026, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 212321. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The contractor shall provide all management, licenses, tools, supplies, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to supply, deliver, and dump approximately 5280 ft. X 12 ft. X 6 ft.= 1173 yards of 3 in. pit run; 100 ft. X 150 ft. X 6 in. = 391 yards of 3 in. pit run; 1564 total yards of pit run road base; 5280 ft. X 12 ft. X 2 in. = 277 yards of 3/4 minus; 100 ft. X 150 ft. X 2 in. = 93 yards of 3/4 minus; 370 total yards (state certified) to a site near Vantage, WA. A site visit to be held Tuesday 18Jun02, for time and place contact A1C Schranz. Delivery dates will be 13Jul02 and 14Jul02. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Feb 2002) is applicable to this acquisition. Addenda to FAR 52.212-4 is as follows: FAR 52.219-6/Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (Jul 1996) and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (Nov 2001) apply to this acquisition. Note: Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. Quotations are due 03 July 02 by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Faxed or E-mailed proposals are allowed and will be considered. Schranz at the address indicated in this announcement and shall include the following items: 1) Pricing schedule, 2) Completed FAR 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, with Alternates I and II (accessible at the Air Force FAR site http://farsite.hill.af.mil), and 3) list of your customers having similar requirement (provide name, telephone number, and point of contact). The anticipated award date is 08 July 02.
