Solicitation No.: DAAH23-02-R-0480, applicable to the Aviation Ground Support. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The approved source is: Honeywell International, Incorporate (99193). Adequate technical data is not available to acquire this part competitively. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
