Description

NA This will be a fully designed project with a design build option. This project is a rehabilitation of an 18 MW diesel engine/ generator electric power plant while the plant continues to operate. The rehabilitation will involve: replacement of generator sup port systems for the existing 6 Cooper-Bessemer/GE Engine Generators including, new digital controls, new cooling system, new lube oil system, new fuel system, new heat recovery system, new diesel exhaust system, new motor control centers, replacement of b uilding HVAC system, rebuild/replacement of switch gear and breakers, replacement of concrete foundation base for one generator, rebuild of one generator, building fire protection system, upgrade of building structure, replacement of building siding and ro ofing, replacement of building low voltage electrical system, and installation of engine exhaust treatment (possibly removed under design build options).
