Description

NA This solicitation which was posted to the ASFI (Fed Biz Opps) on June 10, 2002 is modified to add the following information. Note No. 1: A bid guarantee, in the form of a firm commitment, e.g., bid bond supported by good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the Government, postal money order, certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter or credit, or under Treasury Department regulations, certain bonds or notes of the United States, in the amount of $6,000.00 is required to be submitted with the bid. Note No. 2: All bid forms, bid bonds, and other normal documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for the bid submittal documents will not be allowed. No te No. 3: Prime Contractors proposing under this solicitation must be U.S. Firms, Honduran Firms, or joint ventures between U.S. Firms and Honduran Firms. Note No. 4: Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is not required. Note No. 5: For this jo b, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $28,500,000 for the past three years. Note No. 6: This solicitation includes bid options, which may not be awarded. All other information posted to the original synopsis remain s unchanged.
