Description
NA The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Coastal Systems Station has a commercial requirement for a dual axis motion table with the following specifications. Refurbished equipment will be considered. Bolt-down base with base leveling and azimuth adjustment capability. Payload size: 24? x 24?x36?minimum. Payload weight: 250 pounds, minimum. Payload mechanical interface: Aluminum plate with radial T-slots. Payload slip rings: 35 circuits, 3 amps each, 15 circuits, 5 amps each. Tilt angle range: ?35 degrees minimum, adjustable. Tilt wobble: 3 arc-seconds maximum. Tilt incremental position resolution: 1-degree minimum. Tilt position accuracy: within 3 arc seconds. Tilt acceleration: 40-degree/second? minimum. Tilt slew rate: 5-degrees/second minimum. Rotation angle range: ?185 degrees minimum, adjustable; Rotation wobble: 3 arc-seconds maximum. Rotation incremental position resolution: 1-degree minimum. Rotation position accuracy: within 3 arc seconds. Rotation acceleration: 100-degree/second? minimum. Rotation slew rate: 5-degrees/second minimum. Perpendicularity with Tilt axis; 2 arc-seconds maximum. Controller interface: compatible with Microsoft Windows. Controller remote interface: RS-232 or IEEE-488 or 10/100baseT Ethernet. The accuracy specifications for the Controller must meet or exceed those of the motion table. The Controller must provide a minimum of three operational modes: In POSITION mode, the axis achieves the commanded position under controlled acceleration and velocity; In RATE mode, the axis achieves the commanded velocity under controlled acceleration; In SINUSOIDAL mode, the axis oscillates sinusoidally with programmable frequency, amplitude, phase, onset and decay. The Controller shall have embedded Self-Test and Run-Time Diagnostics fun ctions. Delivery will be 5 months after date of award.
