Description

Request For Proposal (RFP). These services require the contractor to re-modify (2) engineer control booths for the Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant operated by GSA. These services consist of extracting new doors, replacing floor tiles, and replacing electrical outlets. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 6/27/2002 with the proposals due by 7/27/2002. A site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2002 @ 11:00am at the GSA, Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant 13th & C Streets, SW. Washington, D.C. 20047. No Pre-registration is required to attend the site visit The estimated cost for these services is between $15,000.00 and $40,000.00. The (RFP) may be obtained through electronic data interchange. No paper copies will be provided. Registration instructions are available on the Internet at http: // www.eps.gov. Prospective bidders are required to self register their firm or office on the Internet to receive this solicitation.
