- Description: General Services Administration Is Interested In Leasing Approximately 20,654 Rentable Square Feet Of Office Space Which Will Produce Approximately 19,000-19,5000 Ansi/Boma Usable Office Square Feet. A Secure Parking Ration of 1 per 1,000 Rentable Square Feet On Site. Unique Requirements: Government will occupy space in phases. Location: The Space Must Be Located Within A Five Minute Drive from 2500 TC Jester, Houston, Texas. Term: The Space Is Required For 5 Years With The Government Having The Right To Terminate The Space in Whole or In Part in Phases After 2 Years Of Occupancy. Expressions Of Interest Must Be Submitted In Writing No Later Than June 4, 2002, And Should Include The Following Information: Street Address And Building Name, Square Footage Offered, Name, Address, And Phone Number Of Individual To Be Contacted; Evidence Of Authority To Represent The Owner. Authorized Contacts: In No Event Shall The Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning The Space To Be Leased With Representatives Of Federal Agencies Other Than The Officers And Employees Of General Services Administration.
