Description

MODIFICATION TO CHANGE THE TITLE FROM 16 -- FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF FEEL MECHANISH, RUDD TO 15-- FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF VANE SEGMENT, THRUST. IN ADDITION, THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM BEING PURCHASED IS CHANGED AS FOLLOWS: PR No: YPG02119000838. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Vane Segment, Thrust for a fixed quantity of 73 each. NSN 11560-01-132-6662 for a C-135 and E3A Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract with 100% option. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 200 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. A Boeing "Rights Guard" protected technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form P42, certification for the use of rights guard technical data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
