- The USDA Office of Single Family Housing is conducting a training conference to be held Sept 16, 2002 through Sept 20, 2002, in Chicago Il. The following services will be required for the Policy conference: Item No. 1 Rental of one (1) General Session conference room , capable of seating 300 attendees, (cabaret with raised head table) for use from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday Sept 17, That can be partitioned into four breakout rooms capable of seating 75 attendees (Classroom setup) for use from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday Sept 17th - Sept 19th, and the rental of one (1) office space from Sept 17-Sept 20 to store confrence materials, and four (4) large tables. Note: Successful Offeror must be able to provide rooms for the 300 conference attendees during the term of the conference. Item No. 2 Audio Visual (AV): Overhead and LCD Projector, screens, modem, video camera, and misc. items as required. Successful Offeror will be notified of the Not To Exceed amount for Item No. 2. In addition to the items listed above the successful offeror will have the capability and resources to provide refreshments (coffee, tea, pastries, snacks, etc.) three daily (once in the morning Continental Breakfast and one mid-morning refresh, and one in the afternoon) in quantities sufficient to accommodate the 300 conference attendees Sept 16- Sept 20. Please provide detailed information on the size and availability of breakout rooms.
