Description
The HQ Air Intelligence Agency Contracting Flight at Lackland AFB (Kelly Annex), TX intends to award a Purchase Order to iPolicy Networks, 47467 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538, on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS (due to proprietary information, which is protected by copyright laws), pursuant to FAR 13.5, for iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 (OC-48) Intrusion Detection System and related software and maintenance. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1)) (SOLE SOURCE) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, equipment, supervision and other equipment necessary to perform and complete the requirement: SPECIFICATIONS: CLIN 0001: iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 Intrusion Detection Software with Surveillance (1EA); CLIN 0002: iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 Firewall (1EA); CLIN 0003: iPolicy Networks Software Maintenance (1EA); CLIN 0004: ), iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 Anti-Virus Protection Package (1EA); CLIN 0005: iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 (OC-48) Intrusion Detection System (1EA); CLIN 0006: iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 USM License(1EA); CLIN 0007: iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 Management Software (1EA); CLIN 0008: iPolicy ipEnforcer 6500 DDoS Prevention Software (1EA). Place of Delivery is AFIWC, Lackland AFB (Kelly Annex) Texas. The invoices shall be sent to: DFAS-SA/FPD, 500 McCullough Ave, San Antonio, TX 78215. Payment of invoices will also be made by DFAS-SA/FPD. The estimated completion date of all requirements listed is 1 Jul 02.
