Description

NA Removal of deteriorated, loose, and cracked wall, corner, parapet, column, and spandrel beam concrete and replacement with new concrete; crack repairs, removal and disposal of asbestos window sealant; installation of new window sealant, removal and replace ment of lower portion of steel window unit frames and glazing, and painting of repaired work. This Contract will have a Base Year period and 3 Option Year periods. Each Contract performance period will have a guaranteed minimum amount of $150,000 and an es timated maximum amount of $250,000, with a total Contract value (Base Year period + 3 Option Year periods) Not To Exceed $1,000,000. Plans and Specifications will be issued on CD-ROM at no cost (Limit 1 CD-ROM per Firm). Paper copies will not be available from the Government.
