Description

FISC Norfolk intends to acquire two each 125KVA KATO Motor generator, 120/208 Volts 3 phase, 400Hz, 4 wire, wye connected with installation under Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR subpart 13.5 "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items"on an unrestricted basis. Contractor will be responsible to disconnect, remove and dispose of existing motor generators at Assault Craft Unit Four, Little Creek and deliver and connect 2 new KATO LCAC 400Hz,125KVA motor generators Model numbers K257530002 AND k266230000. The new generators are to be a direct replacement of existing units The contractor will provide start up, load bank and additional operational testing as required on the motor generators after installment to validate units before government accepts installed units. Site visit location and date to be provided in RFQ. Potential offerors are to be notified that the Solicitation will be available by downloading the documents at http://www.fedbizops.mil or at http://www.neco.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard copies of solicitations. By submitting a quote the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principle corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, or debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to represent appropriately may be grounds for refusing to accept the quote. . The North American Industry Classification System Code is 335312.
