Description

Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 18,357 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 17,350 BOMA usable square feet for the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Parking for 200 vehicles is required on site. Unique Requirements: Space must be contiguous. If two floors are offered, they must be contiguous. Parking for 200 vehicles is required on site. Location: The space must be bounded on the north by FM1960, on the south by Beltway 8, on the west by Veterans Memorial Highway and on the east by Highway 59. Term: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy. Expressions of Interest: Submit no later than June 28, 2002, and include the following information: street address and building name (if applicable); square footage offered; name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; evidence of authority to represent the owner. Submission of this information by email is encouraged. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
