Description

This modification is issued to change the definition of ?similar? as used in the evaluation factors. (Ref. Presolicitation Notice Post Date 6/7/02) Similar is defined for this project as the renovation of a multi-story (8 story minimum) office building 200,000 gross square feet or more. Acceptable alternative projects include the renovation of multi-story (8 story minimum) corporate or major office buildings ? 200,000 square feet or more, or major renovation of multi-story federal or state office buildings, or courthouses with a project cost in excess of $15,000,000. Response due date is July 8, 2002.
