Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has a follow-on requirement for the performance of payroll and travel functions. The work includes the verification and submission of time and attendance information; collection, verification and submission of mandatory and voluntary deductions; audit of travel authorizations and vouchers in accordance with appropriate regulations and procedures; distribution of airline and rail tickets to Government personnel; and training of payroll and travel regulations. The contract will be issued as a performance-based contract with a twelve month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. The services will be procured utilizing full and open competitive procedures. The solicitation document, including amendments, will be distributed through the FedBizOpps.gov website. The site contains downloading instructions. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about August 1, 2002. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to assure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Paper copies of the solicitation and associated amendments will not be made available. All inquiries regarding this solicitation MUST be addressed to the Contract Specialist.
