Description

This is a presolicition notice for commercial services. Contractor shall provide replacement pumps, all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the replacement of one (1) each 150 HP Domestic cold water pump with 2 each 25 HP variable speed duplex system to include required electrical and plumbing. Location of work is in Building 4550, Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB Texas. All work such be in accordance with Statement of Work. Contractor shall be responsible for removing, hauling and disposing of all existing materials being removed to an off base site. Contractor shall ensure the work area is always clean and free of debris. Contractor shall ensure work is performed by trained, certified personnel. Contractor shall perform work during normal business hours, from 07:15 a.m. to 04:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov., as no paper copies will be issued. This solicitation will be available on or about 26 April 2002 using the commercial format (FAR 12). A firm fixed price contract is contemplated with an award date of on or about 27 May 2002. This acquisition will be made under 100% total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 333911. The size standard is 500 employees or less. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr2000.com or by calling 1-888-227-2423.
