Description
NA This contract will be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with one base period contract and 4 option periods. Work is estimated to be $600,000/period for a NTE total of $3,000,000. The Contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, facilities, travel, material, and equipment, to furnish construction management support for the Construction Division of the New England District Corps of Engineers. Work is to be performed by the New England District and may be used by other Federal Agencies. Work will be performed within the North Atlantic Division continental United States (CONUS) geographical area only. This work will involve providing construction management support to the Construction/Operations Division including quality assurance/safety inspections, industrial hygiene support, submittal reviews, delay impact analysis, change and claims analyses, schedule analysis, specialized quality assurance testing, and other technical support. The contractor will perform these activities for one or more of the following types of projects: hazardous toxic and radioactive waste sites(HTRW), maintenance of flood control projects, building construction, building renovations, military construction, r oadway repair and/or reconstruction, dike repair and/or construction, floodwall repair and/or construction, spillway repair and/or construction, tunnel repair and/or construction, utility repair and/or construction, improvement and/or maintenance dredging, unexploded ordinance and other construction projects. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the New England District. Applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 234990 with a size standard of $28,500,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted pusuant to Publ ic Law 100-656, Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program.
