- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS); Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA); Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS); Special Programs Development Branch (SPDB), plans to award a sole source simplified acquisition to Creative Research Associates, Inc., Tucson, AZ. The contractor shall provide a qualitative case study design and approach which shall be used to implement and impact upon specific Communication and Technical Assistance efforts in four to eight Safe Schools/Healthy Students Communication Case Study reviews. The proposed contractor posseses unique network experience in working with government, private and non-profit organizations (including school systems) in order to develop efficient and effective evaluations and especially communication evaluation case study projects for key target audiences. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. No solicitation will be issued. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
