Description
The USCG ELC has a requirement to procure part for the AN/FPN-64(v) series Loran SSX Transmitter. The parts consists of : Six (6) each, Megatron assemblies, P/N: 03-2900-101, NSN: 5998-01-072-9671; Forty (40) each, Power Supply Controllers, P/N:03-2804-101, NSN: 5998-01-072-9672; Two (2) each, PATCO assemblies, P/N: 03-3357-101, NSN: 5998-01-068-2382; Three (3) each, TOPCO assemblies, P/N: 03-3358-101, NSN: 5998-01-068-2383 . MegaPulse, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of these parts. They have the techniques, facilities and documentation, along with the quality assurance capabilities and system ?Mock Up? necessary to manufacture these parts. The USCG ELC does not possess the specifications and/or drawings, which are proprietary to the Megapulse, Inc. Therefore, our office intends negotiate directly with Megapulse, Inc. FOB Destination to, USCG ELC, Warehouse Annex, Columbia, MD. However, organizations having the capabilities and expertise required are invited to submit complete detailed information discussing their capabilities in duplicate within fifteen (15) days of this announcement. No cost or pricing data is required. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement mentioned above. Concerns that respond to the notice must fully demonstrate their capabilities to meet the requirements. Adequate detailed data by which to evaluate capabilities should be sent to the attention of Jo Ann L. deBullet, Contract Specialist (CODE 047/53). ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, (DBE)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
