- Provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN with Anesthesia Breathing Convenience Packs for the period of August 1, 2002 through July 31, 2003 with two one year options to renew. Components of the pack include,(all items not listed): 75" flexible tubing, 22m/m, ported elbow, HME/Filter combination with port, and large adult face mask. Bid samples must be submitted with bids. Solicitation available June 17, 2002 with bids July 3, 2002 at 2:00pm CST.
