- Description
- Provide respiratory care services, Oxygen delivered to the patient?s home, preventive maintenance and/or rental of equipment, patient education and training, and clinical patient assessment home visits by a National Board of Respiratory Credentialed/Respiratory Care Practitioner (NBRC/RCP). The equipment, supplies, and services will be provided to the homes of veteran beneficiaries enrolled in the South Cascades Alliance (SCA), comprised of the VA Roseburg Healthcare System (VARHS); Portland VA Medical Center; and White-City VA Domiciliary. The medical treatment area of the SCA includes all counties in the State of Oregon; Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania, Walkiakum, Klickitat, and Pacific counties in South West Washington State; and Del Norte, and Siskiyou counties in Northern California.
