- Description
- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity(VISN 21)intends to negotiate a sole source Commercial Items contract with Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa, CA. The contract is for STAT Radiological Examination services at the VA Outpatient Clinic,3315 Chanate Road, Suite 1E, Santa Rosa, CA. The contract will be for one (1) base year for the period of September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003. The solicitation is for STAT Radiological Services which are offered at the contractor's facility which shall be within 5 miles of the VA Outpatient Clinic Santa Rosa. The examination occurs on a same day basis and verbal results are given to the VA within 24 hours. All questions must be in writing and can be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to the addresses/fax number in this announcement.
