- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to install and upgrade the Giant Voice System at Dyess AFB, TX. All of the services, management, tools, supplies and equipment will be in accordance with standard commercial practices and manufacturer's specifications. The Contractor is required to develop quality control procedures for the performance of services and inspections. The SIC code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is 4899; the North American Industry Classification Code is 51339. The small business size standard for this procurement is $11 million. This is 100% set aside for small business. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov This solicitation will be posted on or about 8 July 2002. Only written responses will be accepted. Proposals must be submitted to 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd Street, Dyess AFB, TX, 79607-1581, Attn: SSgt Kathryn Elliott.
