Description

NA Provide all resources necessary to perform Full Food Service (FFS) and Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) services at the dining facilities of McCoy Wisconsin. The Contractor shall use the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) in performance of the services. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, uniforms, identification badges, and health examinations in performance of the services. Specific tasks for Full Food Service and Dining FAcility Attendant service include, but are not limited to menu planning, receiving and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, self service, cashier, administration, dining room service, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, equipment cleaning, and sanitizing. The contract period will be for a base year with four one-year options. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price requirements type contract with an anticipated start date of 01 October 2002. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquistion is 5812, with a size standard of $ 15 million. This procurement is subject to the restrictions of the Randolph-Sheppard Act. Statutes and regulations concerning this Act are provided through 20 USC 107 (see website http://www4.law.cornell.ed u/uscode/20/107.html); 34 CFR 395 (see website http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_01/34cfr395_01.html); 41 CFR 101-20.2 (see website http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_01/41cfr101-20_01.html) and Army Regulations 210-25. AR 210-25 Appendix E also lists the numbers of all State Rehabilitation Service offices (see website http://books.usapa.belvoir.army.mil/cgi-bin/bookmgr/BOOKS/R210_25/CCONTENTS). Solicitation DAKF61-02-R-0003 will be issued electronically and will be available for viewing at web site: http://www.mccoy.army.mil/Garrison/DBS/DOC/Solicitations/Index.asp. T he tenative issue date is on or about 01 July 2002. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Parties interested in the RFP should access the Fort McCoy Contracting web page for issuance of the solicita tion as well as solicitation amendments. Contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. All responsible sources may submit quotes which will be considered.
