Description

S8G CRES RAE TOOL COLUMN RACKS (RF-T-17), manufactured to Navy Drawing 2301-3295-1; quantity two (2) each. Offerors will be required to submit copy of company quality assurance plan and past performance information. Delivery FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Naval Station Bremerton, WA within 60 days after contract award. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed-price contract. Prospective offerors not CCR-registered should immediately begin the registration process. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO web site: www.neco.navy.mil under ?Business Opportunities? and solicitation number ?N00406-02-R-5195?. The Government will NOT distribute hard-copy solicitations or amendments. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendments thereto. Subsequent amendments, if any, will be transmitted solely via the NECO web site. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the NECO web site early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued. The NECO web site is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror?s inability to access the document posted on the referenced web site. Telephone requests will not be honored, and facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Electronic submission of proposals is NOT available for this procurement.
